I wanted to drop a note of thank you to Jason for my recent experience when buying an Audi A4 from Oakwood Motor Company. From the moment I arrived at the showroom, everything was as described with the vehicle. They gave my part exchange car a look over and were happy to offer the price already agreed on the phone based on my description and photos of the car.

My new car was serviced and inspected and re-valeted prior to my collection, and the whole process was straightforward and transparent. Thanks also to the rest of the team who together made the transaction go smoothly. If only car buying was always this easy!

There are times when things don't go to plan, and you believe all is lost. Then someone steps up to the plate, and changes everything. That someone is Sam at the Oakwood Motor Company. A superb service, from an individual who only wants, and will do what it takes to do the very best for his customer, supported by an excellent team.

Both myself, and Oakwood could not anticipate the problems associated with a recent purchase. However Sam and his colleagues have gone over and above to resolve the situation. I have to sincerely thank them for what they have achieved for me.

Great work from James at Oakwood! He was really supportive and patient through the entire purchase. He explained every step and showed integrity with each of his actions. He kept his composure even when I had other options on the table and never pressured me into purchasing with Oakwood. All he cared about was that I was happy with my decision and that he gave his best to earn my business, not win me over. His charismatic attitude along with his assuring persona and excellent support throughout sealed the deal for me even if competitors had cheaper options. Thank you James!

Thanks to Tony and Natalie for being there for me when my old car broke down on the way to their dealership! Their mechanic took in my old car and assessed it there and then. They were calm and helpful, took my car in and even paid for my Uber back to south Manchester.
They offered to part ex my old car so a few days later I went back to test drive a new one. Natalie was great and I bought a Hyundai Tucson from them which I love!
Thanks for being there, it was definitely meant to be and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
